Thank you for shopping with CccNails. Because each set of our press-on nails is carefully handmade, please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the handmade nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We cannot accept returns based on a change of mind or sizing errors. Please ensure you have measured your nails correctly and selected the right size before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@cccnails.com.
We will evaluate the issue, and if the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will resend the correct item to you free of charge.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the item has been shipped.
- Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Refunds After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Refused or Undeliverable Packages: We do not offer refunds if the package is refused by the buyer or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Return Shipping Costs
Since returns are not accepted, customers are not required to pay for return shipping.
Order Modifications
Updating Your Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us ASAP at support@cccnails.com.
- In your email, please include your Order Number and the complete new address (including Apt/Unit number).
- Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.
Once the Order Has Shipped
We are unable to make any changes to an order once it has left our facility.
- If your order has already been shipped to an incorrect address, you may contact the shipping carrier directly to see if they can forward the package to the correct address. Some carriers offer this option on their tracking page.
- CccNails is not responsible for lost packages or replacement shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
