1. Processing Time (Production)

Since all our products are 100% handmade, we require time to craft your nails to perfection.

• Production Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to create and package your order before it is shipped.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, and UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination.

Free Shipping Offer:

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 USD.
• Please note: This offer applies to Standard Shipping only. Premium/Express shipping options are excluded from this promotion.

Estimated Transit Times (Once Shipped):

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs inspection.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CCCNAILS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
